Dr. Yanet Salgado Perez
Dr. Salgado Perez is an active member of the National College of Dental Surgeons and the Mexican Dental Association for teaching and research. In addition, she is recognized for her humanism because she believes that every child has a right to obtain dental care, independently of their parent’s income. She devotes one day per week to volunteering at villages where people live in poverty, through her mobile clinic, offering dental services for kids from limited income families. Dr. Salgado Perez graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de Guerrero where she obtained the title of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2000. She then did studies in several specializations: in maxillary orthopedics at UNAM, in dentofacial orthopedics at the University of Guerrero, in dental implants at the Odontological College of Jalisco in Guadalajara and in orthodontics at the Mexican Odontological College in Cancun. She is finally certified in Invisalign at Connect Invisalign in Mexico City. Dr. Salgado Perez continues to develop her skills to enlarge the list of services to offer to her clients and transfer her knowledge to younger generation of dentists. From 1999 to 2000, she practiced dental surgery at the Military Hospital of Acapulco and also completed a year of social service. She is one of pioneers in the dental field in the city of Cancun since 2003. She worked at Orthodontics Complutense for 12 years where she saw approximately 10,000 patients. Today Dr. Salgado Perez manages the work of team of dentists and offers dental services for patients within Dental clinic of Five Palms Mexico.
